Dr. David Allen Lewis Goes Home to be with the Lord Dear Friends of David Lewis Ministry, It is with a deep sense of loss that we announce the home going of Dr. David Allen Lewis, at 7:20 a.m. (CDT) on Saturday, June 2nd. Dr. Lewis was 74 years old, and had been ordained to preach for more than 50 years. Below are scans of the memorial edition of the Jerusalem Courier, along with a .zip file containing all of them.
